Today, July 3rd 2020, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has finally released the revised cutoff scores for NEET-MDS 2020.
On 21st May DCI had informed about its decision to implement second proviso in clause 7(1) of the Dental Council of India, Master of Dental Surgery Course Regulations, 2017 and had asked for vacant MDS seats of every state. You can read the circular by clicking here.

After a gap of 38 days, MOHFW has finally released the new cut off.

Coming to the Revised cutoff scores of NEET-MDS 2020,
Old Cut off as per NBE
UR / EWS (50th Percentile) – 286
OBC/SC/ST (40th Percentile) – 250
UR-PWD (45th percentile) – 268
New Cut off as per NBE
UR / EWS (31.065 Percentile) – 220
OBC/SC/ST (21.065 Percentile) – 188
UR-PWD (26.065 percentile) – 204
How is it calculated??
Total Students appeared for NEET MDS 2020 = 26416
So 50 percent of 26416 = 13208. Rank 13208 got score of 286.
Based on above calculation. 31.065 percent of 26416 = 8206. Finding the person with lowest marks at index 8206 = 220
Secondly, 21.065 percent of 26416 = 5565. Finding the person marks at index 5565 = 188
Finally, 26.065 percent of 26416 = 6885. Finding the person marks at index 6885 = 204
